Instructions:
1. Click “SHOP”in the navigation bar at the top of the webpage to view the products.
2. Select products and click “ADD TO BAG”. You may also click “KEEP SHOPPING”to continue to add more items. Click “ORDER” at the right of the shopping bag page after adding all the products.
3. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically by UPS after the shipping address is provided. Please note that the price on the page does not include the duty charged by importing country or other related local taxes. Please check and make sure that the shipping address you have provided is accurate and accessible.

Cancelling or modifying is not supported now after the order has been shipped. If you need to modify the address, please contact our customer service via e-mail: cs@egofetch.com to confirm the information.
A standard processing time of up to two (2) business days is required before your order is shipped. During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from parcel services with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
For Chinese consumers, we choose ZEO express or SF express. For those outside China, we choose to ship our products via parcel services(UPS, FEDEX or SF). Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. We do not accept responsibility for carrier delayes, or delays caused by holidays or natural disasters. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
